Course Description

This course provides an in-depth exploration of the role of a Clinical Educator in mentoring and assessing pre-service teachers. Participants will develop skills in observation, feedback, coaching, and professional development to support aspiring educators in real classroom settings. Through a combination of theoretical study, practical application, and reflective practice, students will learn how to bridge the gap between educational theory and effective teaching practice.

Key topics include mentorship strategies, classroom observation techniques and assessment frameworks. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to guide, support, and evaluate student teachers, ensuring their professional growth and readiness for the teaching profession.
