Our community model supports entire grade levels working together with all teachers to support personalized learning pathways so that we are meeting the students where they are, providing them with a unique learning experience that will provide them with the tools to be ready for the future, workforce, and life.
This also allows them to build multiple positive relationships with not just their peers, but with the adults (our staff) so that each student can make a connection to at least one adult in their grade level. The space within the community can be physically adaptable based off the lesson, the content, and the student grouping.
Students utilize technology to enhance instruction (not replace it) which continues to provide that personalized experience for learning.
The community model provides opportunities for all students and allows children to use creativity, critical, thinking, elaboration, and communication to foster life learners.
